The Association does nonprofit and non-political it is proposed to promote and to develop historico-cultural activities. It basic goals of the Association are:

  3. to value the ambient aspect, is from viewpoint of prevention through ecological campaigns, is from historical viewpoint for the revaluation of the Cava Grande of Cassibile;

This association been born from the necessity to revalue historicocultural patrimony of country and at meantime it is turned the young people Cassibile for educate them to respect the history and the traditions of this country.
With deliberative action of the Association a responsible could be designated who has requirement of president organization and the development of the mentioned purposes over. Such delegated will have all the necessary powers for the obtention of the predicted scopes. To the ends of the realization of the social object of which over, the Association will be able to affiliate itself to the national Federations, to participate and to organize events to Provincial, Regional character and National, to participate and to organize cultural events historical to Provincial character, Regional and National, valuing the search of the history of our earth. To the ends of the realization of the object of which over, the Association will be able to complete every operation that was thought useful or necessary from the Organ of Administration, comprised that one of the institution of an encounter point, with annexed refreshment point. Association will be able, moreover, to complete, for the attainment of the social scope, all the operations to that necessary, taking advantage of all the facilities previewed from the law.
For the attainment of the scopes social the Association assumes the following tasks:
  1. To acquire, to sell, to construct and to manage pieces of real estate for cultural scopes;
  2. To pursue cultural purposes through the management of activity in the fields of the information, the culture, the show and the recreation in kind.

Duration of the Association is limitless.

Article 6.

On the acceptation of the admission question it unquestionably decides the Directive Council within 2 months from the presentation of the same one. Passed such term, without that Directive Council has deliberated, the question agrees rejected.

Article 9.
To act of the reception of admission question the new associates will have to pay eventual tax that fixed of year in year from the Directive Council.

Article 10.

    Article 11.
    They are organs of the Association:

  • Assembly of the associates;
  • President;
  • Directive Council.

    • Article 12.
    Assemblies are ordinary and extraordinary and are composed from all the associates in rule with the payment of the social quotas.
    Ordinary Assembly must at least once be held the year within six months from the closing of the fiscal year, for approval of the budget and for the eventual nominations of social places and for cure of the order proposals of the day.
    It will have to be convened from the President by means of warning sent to associates at least eight days before the fixed date for the reunion, that is by means of posting in the center of the association at least fifteen days before the reunion; warning must contain: date, place, hour of assembly, in before and second convocation (second at least a day after before) and the order of the day.
    The extraordinary assembly can be convened in order to deliberate the modification of the statute, the anticipated issolution of the Association or for other serious and important circumstances.
    The convocation can be made from the President with the same modalities of the ordinary Assembly, on own initiative or behind written instance at least 1/5 for the associates having enfranchisement or of two members of the Directive Council.

    Article 13.
    The enfranchisement in assembly is up the associates who are in rule with payment of the social quotas and are associates from at least two months. All associates will have singularly enfranchisement to a single vote and will be able to represent others two fortified associates provided that of written delegation.

    Article 14.

    Article 15.
    Association is trained from a Directive Council composed from three to five elect members from Assembly to secret scrutiny that last in load 3 years and is eligible.

    Council is convened from the President with every warning of three days, time that requirements of the Association request it or upon request at least two Councilmen..

    Article 16.
    Council in particular supplies the administration of the Association:

    1. it predisposes and it puts into effect the social programs;
    2. it trains the corporate assets, it writes up account and the relation to subject annually to the approval of Assembly;
    3. deliberation on the admission of new associates and declares the forfeiture of the same ones why overdue or for cancellation;
    4. it decides the controversies between associates;
    5. deliberation on every relative issue to the social activity.

    Article 17.
    President has the legal representation of association of forehead to thirds party and in judgment and will be able take over itself to represent from Vice-president or other Councilman delegating to same in temporary way totally or partially the its powers.

    Article 18.
    The patrimony of the Association is constituted:

    1. from the eventual taxes admissions poured;
    2. from the eventual annual social quotas poured;
    3. from eventual offer, donations or contributions that come from Private or Public agencies.

    Article 19.
    The fiscal year has beginning 1 January and finishes 31 December of every year.

    Article 20.
    In case of issolution of Association, same assembly that has deliberated the issolution will name a liquidator for proceed to the liquidation of the corporate assets.
    The eventual assets of the liquidation, will be devolven to other Agencies that pursue analogous scopes to those of the Association.
